XS-HD-602 is suitable for various conductive, thermal, and flame retardant materials. It has good affinity for fillers with certain polarity, such as inorganic powders and filler type flame retardants. It can play a good role in dispersion, coupling activation, and preventing aggregation. It can significantly improve the conductivity, thermal conductivity, and flame retardant efficiency, improve fluidity and physical properties of the product, and also have good lubrication effect.
