XS-FR-C303 is a nitrogen-phosphorus composite,low-smoke and intumescent flame retardant. After adding this product, the polyurethane coating surface expands to a formator's carbon layer during thermal cracking or burning, which plays the role of heat insulation, oxygen insulation and prevention of combustion and molten droplets. When the flame retardants decomposed, it can also generate a large amount of non-combustible gas dilute the oxygen concentration around the combustion objects, and play a good synergistic effect with the carbon layer formed during combustion to achieve the flame retardant effect.
XS-FR-C303 also has thermal stability and processing performance, is an ideal and efficient environment-friendly fame retardant.
