XS-KY-140 Polyester Thermal Resistant Stabilizer

XS-KY-140 heat resistant stabilizer is heat resistant and stable system developed by our company specifically for the processing and long-term thermal stability of modified PBT and PET, which can provide thermal oxygen aging resistance so that the appearance and performance of polyester products remain stable after thermal oxygen aging can be used alone without mixing other additives. It has good thermal stability, low volatility and outstanding anti-yellowing ability in the processing (extrusion, injection molding)of polyester. The heat and oxygen aging effect can greatly alleviate the performance degradation of polyester resin caused by heat aging and maintain color stability.
It needs to be extruded by a twin-screw extruder, and the recommended dosage is 0.3-0.6%.
