V0 Flame Retardant Masterbatch For PP

Specification

This series of products is a high concentration phosphorus and nitrogen based halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch with PP carrier. It can withstand 0.8mm/UL-94 V-0 and UL746C (70℃ hot water immersion test for 168 hours), and has passed GWIT 750 ℃ and GWFI 960 ℃ hot wire tests.

This product has high environmental performance and can meet the requirements of the EU RoHS directive. The resulting flame retardant products have the characteristics of low density and low smoke generation.
